In this session staff will participate in a recorded fitness video that participants can complete at their own pace.  Bring a water bottle and have a towel handy.  Come prepared with proper attire to participate in physical activity.  Make sure you have an area that is safe to use and you are able to socially distance yourself.  A yoga mat may be preferred for some of the activities.You may want to take this with a friend or alone.  All materials for this session will be provided right before the IgKnight session.   At the conclusion of this self-paced session, staff will be asked to reflect on an exit form on your learning.  This reflection will be sent prior to the IgKnight session.
